Biomass gasification power generation technology refers to the process where biomass is converted into gaseous fuel within a gasifier. After purification, this fuel is directly fed into a gas turbine for combustion, driving the turbine to generate electricity. The gas produced from biomass gasification contains impurities such as ash, carbon deposits, and tar. These impurities must be removed through a purification system to ensure the normal operation of the power generation equipment.

It automatically regulates the air-fuel ratio, featuring safety, reliability, high thermal efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and fully automated operation management. This straw-based gas power generation unit operates stably, is simple to operate, and boasts a high degree of automation. It balances economic benefits with environmental requirements while exhibiting minimal raw material constraints, capable of utilizing rice husks, straw, wood chips, wood shavings, coconut shells, palm shells, corn stalks, corn cobs, flax stalks, sugarcane bagasse, mango pits, peanut shells, and other agricultural and forestry waste materials for efficient power generation. This series can replace imported products, with overall technology at the forefront domestically.

Our factory can configure single-unit power ranging from 100KW to 800KW based on customer requirements. For projects exceeding 1MW installed capacity, we recommend using multiple 500KW units in parallel grid connection for optimal cost-effectiveness. This configuration ensures more stable power plant operation, easier maintenance, and lower upkeep costs.

The biomass gasification power generation system comprises five components: 1. Gasifier; 2. Gas purification system; 3. Carbon removal system; 4. Power generation system; 5. Equipment control system. The principle involves high-temperature anaerobic combustion of feedstock in the gasifier to produce combustible gas (with a calorific value exceeding 1000 kcal). This combustible gas passes through a cyclone separator, wet purification equipment (dry purification systems used in some regions), gas-liquid separation equipment, and electrostatic precipitators to purify and cool the gas below 40°C. It then enters the gas generator set for power generation. Carbon residue from gasified rice husks can be recovered via a carbon powder collection device. The entire system operates without manual intervention. Feed and discharge processes are controlled from the control room, with real-time monitoring and periodic recording of temperature, pressure, and gas composition.

Generator Set Technical Specifications

1. Standard Operating Environmental Conditions for Generator Sets

Total atmospheric pressure: 100 kPa; Ambient air temperature: 25°C; Relative humidity: 30%. Under these conditions, the generator set achieves rated load output when fuel quality complies with technical specifications.

2. Optional Generator Models

After-Sales Service

Warranty Period: 12 months or 1,000 cumulative operating hours after successful commissioning and acceptance, whichever comes first. Free repair or replacement is provided for product quality issues, with lifetime service! (Wear parts, consumables, damage due to human error, or neglect of maintenance are excluded from warranty coverage). Commitment: For generators manufactured by our company, the warranty is extended to 18 months.

After the warranty period, users receive lifetime maintenance. Replacement parts are charged at cost price only, with no labor fees added. In cases of severe wear or special circumstances, major repairs or unit replacement can be arranged at our company.
