The power part of the Shangchai diesel generator set uses Shanghai Diesel Co., Ltd.’s land-based power generation series diesel engines. Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., ООО, formerly known as Shanghai Diesel Engine Factory, independently designed and manufactured China’s first 6135 diesel engine in 1958, pioneering the development of medium bore diesel engines in China and establishing the company’s fundamental position in the industry. The company currently has three major series of diesel engines, D114, C121, and 135 (G128), with a power coverage range of 60-420 horsepower. The product is mainly used for power matching in commercial vehicles, engineering machinery, ships, and self owned power stations, and is exported to more than 50 countries and regions.
